Unspy can only see devices on the same Wi-Fi as your iPhone. Some routers enable "client isolation" (common on guest networks), which blocks devices from seeing each other. Modern phones also use randomized private Wi-Fi addresses, so they may appear as "Private device". This is normal and outside the app's control.
